This is a great hotel with a fantastic location for Dusseldorf and the wider area. We were greeted by two attentive male colleagues on the reception desk on Friday. Very helpful and they spent their time to introduce us the their membership scheme which rewarded loyalty from our stays. The bar was closed that evening, they were still on hand from our day out to provide us with some german beer freshments. Still with a welcoming smile and personable manner. The breakfast is always a delight and myself and my friend stayed for 2 breakfasts over the weekend. No complaints there and always clean, tidy and delicious! Thanks again for all your help! Very professional and its always a pleasure to stay at your hotel. This has been a highly dependable hotel for our group of friends for nearly ten years now. We thoroughly enjoy coming back because of its great location and ease of access to the local motorway.

The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Some staff that stood out for us that were excellent (reception staff - restaurant manager) who went above and beyond to make sure they could help us with any issues during our stay and we are so grateful for this.

The beds were really comfortable. We liked the fridge (we had an upgraded room), the location is close to the supermarkets and to the train station and there is a parking with spots for electric cars.

Very good option if you have a car to visit Düsseldorf or Köln. Rooms are spacious and washroom are clean. You'll find most in the room that you need for a short stay.

Garden view is good. Continental breakfast is excellent. I like good coffee. Matrasses were more than good. Underground parking for a little fee.
